When packing for this trip, I thought it was a good time to use the package. We rented our VRBO for thirty days. I noticed, sadly, that I can too easily gauge the length of our remaining time. I realized they will be half gone today. Was I sad because half our trip is over or that I can now measure vacations by the quantity of my medications?
Today, we sort of accidentally visited that area. We were out this morning and decided to take Tram #1 to the far end. There wasn't much to see as the city started to peter-out. I thought seeing some of the housing perched on the hill was interesting.
Rather than the end at Hôpital Pasteur, we got out at the second to last stop. We did cross the street and walked around inside a super-large E.Leclerc supermarket. They had talc powder! I'd been looking since we arrived in Nice and wasn't successful in my hunt until now. I sort of thought of fragranced powder as a French product. This was the only store I found that had baby powder but now I'm aware that our time here is already HALF OVER.
