Day 22 - This city has a lot of past, a whole lot.
Yet, it was quite easy to do a walking tour of the old city. We did end up putting on over 14.5 kilometers today as reported by Fitbit. The original Greek section dates back at least six centuries before Christ. Between then and today, a lot of empires, invaders, and rulers have come and gone.
The image above is where we started off. It's the mOdus hotel. Rather than tell each point during the day, I'll take an easy way out. I will just choose a dozen of the 36 photos I snapped during the day.
What's important today is the fact it's a key resort city along this edge of the Black Sea. The pictures in today's entry simply highlight some of the things that Jay and I did today.
