The more we chip away at tasks, the more new ones arrive to take their place. Since getting home on Monday morning, we have been getting set for summer here.This morning, we had a 10:00 am appointment with our banker. Since the beginning of this year, we've been getting emails about the pending sale of our bank to Royal Bank of Canada. We have been with HSBC Canada for years and we've found the institution convenient as there were branches in almost every country where we spent retirement winters. In just a few short days, our bank will exit the country. Luckily, the staff will be moving to the new bank with our money.
We did more laundry today. You cannot see my suitcase but I unpacked and put it in the back of this closet.
Now, I realize a little spring cleaning of this space is necessary. So the faster we run, the 'behinder' we get!
