Today, an installation guy came to our floor to put in new detectors and speakers for the building's fire alarm system. He had to access every apartment. Our building is getting near three decades old and the system is being updated.
Jay and I have no time to start on new projects. This will be the last full week before our winter break starts when we fly on the 31st. Oh, we do still have packing as a task. I guess that is enough of a project. We're taking Turkish Airlines and the airline allows two full-sized check-in bags each. Jay found enough gifts and items so that we'll be maxed out on our 200 lb total limit! We'll need an Uber XL to get to the airport, for sure.
