At the far end of Pier Park, we have a public art installation which is simply four shipping containers in the shape of a giant "W". Its size makes it clearly visible from both the vehicle and transit bridges. Those people crossing the Fraser River from Surrey will see they're coming into New Westminster, British Columbia.
When Jay and I went for a morning walk, we noticed someone wrote a quote from our BC Provincial Health Officer,
