I made the maiden flight of my Mavic Mini on April 10th. Although I've been piloting for nearly a month, I haven't been out all that much. We had a bit of windy, cold, or rainy weather. In fact, at the moment, my app says my drone has been the air for 3.05 hours and travelled 7.29 kilometers during 12 flights.

I am completely amazed by the technology in the 249-gram plastic device. I love it and I'm a very cautious new pilot. I can legally fly up to 122m (400 ft). That is standard for hobbyist drones in North America. However, I had to post these two pictures today because they were taken at the highest I've ever flown. Both images were taken at around 51.3m (168.5 ft).
I was at far less than half the height allowed. Just call me responsible, I guess. I'll go higher when I'm comfortable with it and damn good and ready!
