I love my blog for its ability to capture the commonplace. After all, life is made up of its own routine. We document the deviations from the standard, but it's the normal things which make up most of existence. Celebrate that. Be happy in the everyday.
Anyway, I took this picture with my phone when in a Home Depot a while back. I hadn't intended to walk through the lighting area, but did notice these wall sconces. I figured they'd be suitable replacements for three, outdated lights in the hallway. The ones there aren't very practical nor are they pretty. I took a picture of the package as I'd not measured the existing fixtures. It seems like these cheap, Chinese-made ones will fit nicely. So, I'm going to get in the truck, cross the Pattullo Bridge, and visit the Home Depot near Scott Road. I hope to snag three.
