I have adapted the format of
my eJournal and images many times. Of course it has probably witnessed fewer tweaks than most of what we view through a browser nowadays. In fact, the interface of nearly all of Google's sites are in the process of being cleaned up and modernized. I noticed these changes had come to blogger.com. They arrived with a vengeance! It is like using a new program, nearly. Of course, I often enjoy change for its own sake. Many folks mutter and complain about the slightest change in their software environment. I guess I have a high tolerance for anarchy, as I believe it allows one to continue to grow.
So, I was about to change the background or something here. I didn't want anything too jarringly different. I think of my 8-year-old blog as a slowly evolving brand. I really didn't find any background I liked better than this one. So, instead I just made the content columns here a little wider. A fortunate side effect of doing so, means that I can now include slightly larger images. (The mobile version is not affected.)
Here's my first test of an image that is 640 pixels wide:
I eat lots of salads and don't put my tuna between slices of bread.
