I couldn't help but compare today's type of learning to how I would have had to find out about new equipment or hobbies in pre-Internet days. I have always loved the periodical section of the libraries, sometimes to the exclusion of fiction and non-fiction. I subscribed or bought copies of PC Magazine from the mid-80's to the mid-90's. Obviously in the past, I had to run to find magazines in order to find out about anything new.
Now, there's on-demand media as well as articles and advertisements. I have decided to follow CNET "Dialed In" Podcast. Although I find Nicole Lee's voice really annoying and unprofessional, I want to hear the information she has to share. Click the little screenshot to visit its page.
