This really feels as though we'll be back to a sort of 'new-normal' summer! The guys from Richmond were going to the Vancouver Symphony in the evening, so we met up with them and the downtown guys at the city's Waterfront at 3:30 pm.
April's weather has been unpredictable and on the cool and rainy side. During our few hours downtown, these clouds completely disappeared.
After our dinner of Nepali food, we walked back to the SkyTrain under a completely blue sky. It's nice seeing the days get longer and longer.
The meal at the Mt. Everest Kitchen and Grill was excellent. Jiwan ordered a variety of plates so we had the chance to get samples of everything. We had such a nice time eating and chatting that we scheduled another weekend dinner in a couple of weeks at a buffet restaurant in Delta.
