Day 77 - There's a little bit of a perfectionist in me. I would rather do a few things really well than do a lot of things half-assed. Whatever the challenge, I strive to be good at it.
For example, I recently read that a little stress might be useful but too much can cause health problems. I misinterpreted that as meaning 'try to reduce stress as much as possible'.
So, I did.
