I love watching someone work. This guy is very thorough and that is a good trait when doing trim. I like the fact that how to complete certain aspects of a this type of job are not set in stone. One has to make a lot of decisions as the work proceeds.
Jay and I stayed around although there were few ways to help. The main beadboard was cut and installed. There is still a bit of moulding to put up and paint. Now we've got to decide about painting the kitchen too as this wall matches its colour in a way to unify these areas. I was originally thinking of a silver gray, but maybe just a more cheerful yellow would brighten things up a bit.
