So Much in the Markets!

Day 128 - Most places in Indochina have a foodie reputation. The availability of such a huge variety of fresh ingredients is a key reason. Different cultures and the fusion of them makes for interesting fare.

I'm happy Jay is back from visiting his sisters and cooking for me. He takes the available produce, spices, and protein sources and makes great meals wherever we are.


Today's Lunch
I have to say, although Vancouver has a great availability of foods as a result of the city's ethnic groups, we eat much better during our winters away. We find a much larger selection of ingredients in the tropics at substantially cheaper prices.
