Day 12 - Excuse the title but we have already been in Bali for a week! As trite, old people often ask, "Where does the time go?"
We had to run to the local, municipal market. Just as in Malaysia and other parts of Asia, lots of little local vendors are able to afford stalls in municipal or government market buildings. The closest one is less than a kilometer away. This particular market is very new with a roof reminiscent of a cathedral. Jay buys produce mostly as they have the freshest, often-local fruits and vegetables.

Towards evening, we also walked back out into the streets to see the tourists. We apparently hear mostly Australian accents in town. This must be about the end of their winter.
