We did run up to the 'Langley Farm Market' just over the border in the neighbouring city of Burnaby this morning. Most every week, we drive to buy fruits and vegetables from them. This is still a great time of year as British Columbia fruits from the Okanagan are available. I'm not sure we'd eat delicious plums and apricots otherwise. New apples were only 50 cents a pound today.
In the two bags of produce, we had purchased some radishes. Then later, Jay picked some of his own. The balcony plant pots are producing quite a crop of them this year. They didn't have a big growing season as we
didn't have access to our balcony until pretty much the end of July.
Picked today. Examples of the radishes from our balcony plant pots.
