The Joys of Home Ownership

I am wondering if I've lived in one place too long. I have to buy a new garbage disposal, or as Canadians say, a garburator. This one just froze up.

I reckon this is the third time I've had to purchase one for our apartment. I just verified in this blog that I put in new ones in 2004 and 2011. They are guaranteed for two years; however, we seem to get seven out of them. I suddenly seem okay with this.

I opened four websites before making a purchase. These are the order in which I opened them and they ended up showing the prices in descending order. You'll need to remember the prices are in Canadian dollars and the Canadian buck is worth around $US 0.79 at the moment.
