Jay was up to making a dinner for our friends. We had them over a bit early just to take a quick trip up to Queen's Park before dinner. The Victoria Day long weekend is when the petting zoo opens for the season. I was happy to have friends join in our traditional start to summer in New Westminster, BC.
After getting back, we just stayed around chatting before and after the meal. The weather was nice enough to use the balcony for some of the evening. Just before doing home, they Richmond guys took the rubber ducks. So we know where we'll be hosted next time.
