My Mi band shows just 6701 steps at the moment. It says that so far today I've walked a mere 4.4 kilometers which is distance enough to have burned only 362 extra calories. That is okay too.
I did walk down to Hyack Square via the Westminster Pier Park and back by the way of Columbia Street. That accounts for nearly half my totals. I love my day's modest activity and my little city of New Westminster, BC.
