A Beverage on the Balcony

I added the title 'Well-Deserved' as this Instagram picture in my Flickr stream. In reality, it was a pretty easy day. My class can be a joy. Sometimes, with my retirement approaching so rapidly, I wonder why I want to give up on such an easy and fulfilling job. Then, I slap myself several times really, really hard!


This batch of beer was a Canadian larger. I tried making this brew to coincide with the height of summer. I only have one case left now so it is time to think about the selection for the next batch. I am pretty sure another stout is coming. I have sort of missed a darker, more meaty liquid in my mug. If one's going to have a beer, it may as well require coaxing to get out of the bottle.
