On the way home, I decided to drive up Sixth Avenue through uptown. I turned at First Street and parked at the side lot of Queen's Park. Of course, it was too early to see anything pretty in the Rose Garden. It was also too soon to see the animals. Well, it was too early for the visiting summer ones. There were plenty of squirrels running around.
In order to take a photo today, I walked back down to Fifth Avenue. Some cherry trees were bright. This doesn't seem like much of a year for magnolias though.
