That's not a lot of turn-around time and right now I'm aware of how emotionally-draining teaching can be. The last couple of weeks with a group are when the majority of the action takes place.
When the final examinations are nicely-arranged in crisply photocopied piles, I allow myself to think I'm nearly finished. I always tend to forget that correcting the finals and turning in the marks is the most exhausting part of all.
Today, I closed the chapter by getting through all the correction, and end-of-course paperwork. The relief will be short-lived. I have to work on new course outlines tomorrow morning. In all false modesty, I cannot think of a person more capable of doing this though.
