Cash Flow

I bet I've had experiences with many more banks than an average customer. I worked for years in different countries which meant keeping cash in many foreign institutions.

Even now, I find that I've a number of accounts in different places here. I have a Canadian GIC that expires at the end of the month; therefore, today, I walked uptown to inform one bank I didn't want it renewed. I will make other arrangements with a different bank. It's time to put a few more eggs in the same coop, if not the same basket.


This photo is from 2008. The toonies ($2 coins) are still available but the pennies are no longer being produced. I hardly use either as even small purchases are run through Mastercard for PC Points.
