Arctic Air

It is almost exactly freezing outside at the moment.
I don't especially like this.

The snow that fell two days ago, although only an inch or so in New Westminster, is still on the ground.
I don't like this.

Up at Tipperary Park the ducks flew away as the water in which they normally paddle around is frozen solid.
I don't like this at all.

The weather forecast shows the next few nights at -10C (14F) and I'm not used to temperatures like this anymore.
I really, really don't like this.

Lastly, it's supposed to be colder tomorrow morning than it has been in three years and the temperatures aren't supposed to get back to normal until, at least, the weekend.
I hate this.

evening of Valentine's day, we'll be sitting right here somewhere.
