I expressly went to visit the park today to take some pictures of the ducks. I spotted the mother duck with four ducklings last week. Although baby ducks aren't quite as cute as kittens, there's hardly a baby anything that isn't a little adorable. I had no idea trying to get a decent picture would be so difficult though.
Every time I headed towards my intended targets, they scooted away. I now know what the term 'high-tailing it' means. They'd go left and right. They jumped in and out of the water in a seemingly random way. I never had a chance to get all five creatures in a frame at the same time. Still, the effort of trying was enjoyable.
