Today, I am fighting off the flu. Yesterday, it was simply too much like spring with temperatures near the 60F mark and sunshine that wouldn't quit. It was not the type of day I wanted to begin feeling a sore throat and a headache. The weather today has taken a turn for the worse, but my cold remained relatively stable. I am fighting it and will not allow it to win!
Therefore, today is a quickie entry. My scanner is close to my desk here. I simply plugged it in and scanned this picture. My mom had obviously saved money by shooting it herself. You might not be able to recognize the basic bed sheet on a wall behind me. Yet, before cropping it I was able to spot a corner of the wall paper and an electrical outlet. I'm guessing this is from around 1963 simply because I look approximately four years old. I've never been too great at guessing ages though.
