Day 074: In the afternoon yesterday, the temperature got pretty warm, unusually warm, in fact.
Jay and I arrived in Cape Town on the NCL Dawn exactly a week ago today. We had seen sunny mornings daily, so this morning's mist and fog seemed like a pretty big change. The weather forecasts did warn that it was going to be cloudy until around 1:00 pm. And that is precisely what happened.
The images above were taken when we walked a few blocks to the Cape Town Station and Golden Acre area. We got a few things in a Spar supermarket. They were taken at around 12:45 pm. However, soon after returning to the apartment, the clouds blew away. I just snapped this picture from the balcony just now, at around five o'clock.
