Day 58 - This is the front door of the house in Minuwangoda.
I love having pictures as documentation. Imagine if I had photos of all the doorways of all the places where Jay and I have lived? Things like this never seem important at the time but they would be a valuable reminder for our future selves. What was the the entryway for our first apartment in Adlayia, Bahrain back in 1989? Who knows? The information was never recorded and is totally lost for review.
I try to approach photographs in this way. It takes a lot of dedication and practice to take images of the seemingly unimportant things in life. Later, the effort can seem miraculously rewarding!
