I've found that average wines are priced between $US 2 and $US 4 per bottle in Argentina. I'm not about to pay for such pretentiousness! I'm very happy with the small number of brands that come in a one-litre box. They usually cost me around $0.80.
Today, I bought this brand I'd never tried. I am not sure of the type of grape used, but I'm pretty sure the skins were left on during fermentation because it's marked as red. I paid $0.90 for it.
