Day 18 - Half our cruise ship took a bus to Santiago, Chile this morning. That is approximately 1000 folks but 1000 others will be joining us on our way around Cape Horn. This is the nearest port area but our timings preclude the chance to visit the capital. It would be over three hours of travel and leave us with no time to see the sights.
We stayed in the port town and enjoyed a leisurely day.
