New Westminster is in the center of the Metro Vancouver area. It's a small city but it's still possible to take a walk and forget one is in the middle of an urban area. Our tiny hike in Glenbrook Ravine Park was such an example.
Before hitting the mall, we drove and parked on Jamieson Ct. We walked a little ways up the ravine just for a little exercise. It was a pleasure. Although a temporary coyote warning sign was posted, we saw none today. However, 'coyote park' is our nickname for the area because we spotted several in these woods years and years ago.
