For those who suffer from allergies, I'd like to suggest that both these bottles deserve a place in your medicine cabinet.
The one on the right is definitely, as the label warns, for temporary use. If one uses Oxymetazoline too often to help open one's nasal passages, it can become a dependency. Increasing use, unfortunately, begets increasing use. However, the relief of being able to breathe is nearly instantaneous. On the other hand, the product on the left is clearly superior. It is expensive but actually diminishes the effects of the allergy. The product does not help immediately but rather requires a few days to gain effectiveness. Fluticasone Propionate can be used on a longer-term basis.
