Later, we visited the uptown Walmart so Jay could buy some bananas. They are something we eat every morning whether in Sri Lanka or here. I popped upstairs at the mall location and bought several more wifi light bulbs. "Okay Google, turn on all the living room lights."
Again, a drone picture? The tall grove of pine trees, just left of center, is at Queen's Park. From the ground, it's impossible to get a grasp of what the area near the kids' water park looks like. From the air at École Qayquayt Elementary, it was easy to spot the larger trees.
I had the time to run through one battery today. It was pretty windy up 50 meters (164 feet) in the sky at a location already 30 meters above the Fraser River. The turbulence meant the drone's propellers had to cooperatively work pretty hard just to keep the Mavic Mini stable. So, after a short 20-minute flight, my controller started beeping to indicate a low battery. That was less scary than the parent crows protecting their young by divebombing my baby drone.
