Don't get me wrong; Windows 10 works well for most of my PC needs nowadays.  Still, I found it interesting that I couldn't find an easy way to get a complete listing of files on an external drive.  It was impossible because they were spread out over many existing subdirectories several layers deep.

I am glad that I learned about computers in the 'old days'.  I still remember most of the DOS commands.  I'm also happy that they're still available in a Command Prompt window when needed.
