As soon as we'd passed the City Hall, we noted the way to Signal Hill. The history of this city is a little fascinating considering how different things must have been 100 years ago!

The quarter of a kilometer was really up, especially in the humidity. We took a few pictures and descended the same way. There was a lot of walking around today. We walked out to Jesselton Point but didn't see any need to go to one of the local islands by ferry. If you're truly interested in the history of this place, look up why it was called Jesselton.

We went through malls and along seaside markets. We walked up on pedestrian walkways and jumped in front of oncoming traffic to get across streets. We didn't buy durian-flavoured anything. We also didn't buy any of the tons of available seafood. Jay loves fish markets, so he loved this place.
I had about 20 excellent photos taken by the busy waterfront near to sunset. Just now, I ended up accidentally deleting them before they were uploaded to Flickr. I curse myself at such a foolish mistake.
