When I signed up for the service, I got a free 30-minute allotment. Also, the team attends summer functions such as last week's New Westminster Food Truck Festival. There, I spun a large wheel and was awarded an extra, free 10 minutes at their booth. However, all that gratis driving time will expire later this month.

Their app showed one was parked, just across the street, right in front of our building. So, Jay and I had to think of short distance errand to do.

We leave on Friday for Rome and really didn't have any things we needed to do. Ah yes! Although not necessary, we decided we could take a trip up to Queen's Park to say goodbye to the goats in the city's petting zoo. We had welcomed them at the beginning of the summer but will not return from our cruise until after Labour Day. By the time we return from our trip, they'll be gone.

Queen's Park has two dedicated parking spaces and two EVO vehicles were there. We parked beside them, I ended the first leg of our journey.

We successfully said goodbye to all the animals. Our car was still there, so we brought it back to our neighbourhood. It felt weird knowing we could have used any of the three cars to return. It was nice to drive a car built in this millennium. I fit into the tightest parallel spot in front of our door by using the rear camera. Nice first experience using EVO.
