Today, we went in to see the latest of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. Upon entering the building, we noticed a lot of noise and construction equipment all over. It seems as if all ten screens are in for some drastic modifications, all for the better! Our screen was #8 which had already gone through renovations. It seems as though they fixed the first wing and are now working on the other side of the complex. The establishment is only five years old!

When checking seats online, we mistakenly thought we'd be in one of the smaller cinemas as there were not so many seats shown in the arrangement. Ah, ha. It was because they had completely ripped out the old seating and installed sofa-type seats as shown in the lobby. Each row is now like a balcony as the seats require sufficient space to recline. They recline electrically and I'm pretty sure that all are connected to the sub-woofer. During moments of low base in the soundtrack, the entire couch shudders, but in a good way.
Oh and the movie? It was much better than some summer fare. It contained some witty quips and the 3D graphics were visually jaw dropping. Not bad for the price of less than $10 each due to the show starting at 11:30 AM. There was only one other movie viewer in the whole place.
