Better'n Shag Carpet

I know maintaining green grass is not really considered environmentally friendly in this day and age. Yet, a manicured patch of green is a great place to lie about. I mean people, who'd never think of sitting in the dirt or on rocks, think nothing of reclining on a well-maintained lawn.

This area is built over the Fraser River on piers. I really like the idea of such an elaborate structure for holding grass. I like it even more as it about five minutes from this chair, but it is maintained by the city. I haven't mown a lawn since I lived in Wendell.
