The guys must be back on the cruise ship by now. We did meet up with them last night and then again at about noon today. We can watch the craft pull out into Banderas Bay after it leaves the terminal at five o'clock this evening. We can see some of that part of the bay from our apartment's balcony area.As mentioned in a few entries, our friends were here during the last two days of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Festival. It made for a rather difficult time as buses do not travel through the center of town. During the evenings since the beginning of December road blocks have been in place around 5 pm. Today, it seems as if it's going to be a whole day affair. We visited in the early afternoon and saw huge crowds stretching as far as the eye could see.
We will almost surely head back to the area this evening. It takes us 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the central part of the city from our apartment. There are many routes in which we can walk and we do. In fact, I'm a little sore from all the exercise we're getting. I guess that's a good thing.

The next big event in town is the first ever International Fireworks Festival. Of course there's also Christmas and New Years to look forward to. Yay!
