Seek

I try to get in about an hour of walking every day. I am finding that taking the time improves my mental as much as my physical health. Whether I head up the hill or remain in downtown New Westminster, I always feel better for my effort.

I don't carry my phone along with me in order to send or receive calls. I have it more for access to music, podcasts, and its camera.


This picture, from the church next door, makes me think that getting an interesting image is more a matter of my state of mind than the equipment I carry. My 3-year-old Nexus One can be a powerful image taker when I'm in the mood. By that I mean it's valuable when I have the willingness to actually look around for something worthy of the snap.
