This is English Bay, Vancouver, BC.
Today, we just did the downtown rounds. We took the SkyTrain to waterfront and personally welcomed back the Alaskan cruise ships for the summer season. Then, we walked up Granville Street and got on the new SkyTrain line rather than walking to Yaletown. After that, we walked a bit of False Creek and relaxed in David Lam Park for a bit. Next, we walked up up to Grandville again to catch a Davie bus to English Bay. It was a stunning day even though the breeze was a little cool. We walked Denman to Robson and stopped at the original Babylon cafe for lunch. Lastly, a No. 5 bus brought us back up to Granville SkyTrain. We were back in New Westminster by 3:30 or so.
I feel so relaxed at present. I'm also genuinely delighted with the location on this globe in which we've chosen to tarry a bit.
