Today, I walked up the steep incline and crossed Royal Avenue with a bag of bread ends which Jay got from work. They were for the ducks. I think quite a few people had already fed them today, as they didn't seem especially keen on the custom-cut cubes I offered. The crows were appreciative enough. I also threw some crumbs into the bushes for the squirrels. They're always grateful as well.
