They are good at keeping a secret. I mentioned early in the term that I don't always teach summers, but added I wouldn't have to be at BCIT on my birthday as it was on a weekend. I am not sure how one student remembered I said the 23rd of this month. That casual mention would have occured several months ago. Right up to today's breaktime, I didn't know anything was up. Then, during our break from the computer lab, it seemed to me that more students than usual had left the room.
