It seems there'll always be people ready to fill a niche. I must liken it to Adam Smith's 'Invisible-Hand'. I guess I have to subscribe to some of those prescripts as I'm extremely angry to have become co-owner in General Motors by default because I am a taxpayer. There should have been absolutely no public money thrown into that mess at all! If nobody wanted to buy the crap they were making then why do I have an interest in propping them up for even one minute?

That is a bit off my planned topic. I was going to add that I have utmost respect for some local folks who blog extensively about very local issues and events too. Most of the articles deal with the area in the photo. It is New Westminster, BC as seen from the Pattullo Bridge. Although there are several free local newspapers, I often get more useful and important ideas from Tenth to the Fraser.
It makes me a bit embarrassed that I've been blogging for going on six years and have only managed to yammer on about myself. I feel disconcerted for at least thirty seconds. Then, I start remembering how very special I am.
