Downtown New Westminster's Plaza 88

I like watching things being built. This massive three building condo complex is just about four blocks away from where I live. It is bounded by Carnarvon and Columbia on the north and south, and from nearly 6th to 10th Street on its other sides. This slide show contains just 20 images and starts with a current photograph. Most were taken within the last 40 months. The last two show the Plaza 88 area area as far back as 1996 when we arrived in Canada.
