I'm seemingly on a roll. This will be a
week of slideshows. First, I showed the process of making Sri Lankan
string hoppers. After that, I included a presentation of images on the
SkyTrain route from the closest station to one in Burnaby. Today, I'll let you see some New Westminster homes.

I have focused on houses found in a very specific area of my city. All the dwellings exist between Royal Avenue on the south to Sixth Avenue in the north. All can be found east of Sixth Street over to Queen's Park. I wanted to show the variety of styles in this limited area.
I am not exactly sure why I have run around snapping photographs of people's homes. I'm not even very interested in real estate. I'd never consider owning a single-family dwelling as an apartment tower better fits into our lifestyle. However, maybe I'm interested in the project precisely because having a whole house seems a bit foreign to me.
