
I periodically test my blood glucose with one of those small meters and test strips. I have noticed a reduction during my occasional, random testing. This surely has to do with my weekly Ozempic injections. I was pretty pleased with today's numbers taken in the middle of the afternoon.
In Canada, standard home glucose meters are in mmol/L. Some units can show both scales but if I want to see mg/dL I just use a quicky online calculator. Today's graphic was from this website.
