Day 36 - We had a great breakfast at the Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel in Abu Dhabi. We were only a few minutes from the new cruise port and a taxi whisked us there in short order.
Our MSC cruise information had requested a 10:00 am to 11:00 am boarding. We complied by getting checked in at around 10:05.
A great part of the fun of cruising is learning a new ship. It was even more fun with Jay's sisters as they'd never been on a cruise ship. We had the whole day to check out the facilities as we didn't depart Abu Dhabi until around 9:00 pm.
We went to the first show at 7:15 because we changed our dining to the later serving. The food was nice and the staff more than capable. I took too many food pictures, and honestly can't remember if these two were something I ate or just pictures from our table.
Unlike Holland America with its older demographic, MSC ships often have young adults and kids. It was fun to see the energy by the pool. Like some other ships and resorts, they have animation teams to keep guests on their toes.
