We went up to Langley Farm Market to get fruit and vegetables. Well now, there's more emphasis on the vegetables. I always get a little depressed when the Okanagan fruit season comes to an end. We've got new crops of really cheap apples, but the variety of delicious soft fruit has dwindled. The local apricots, peaches, cherries, and berries won't be back until 2022.
In the afternoon, Jay went off to meet his new cardiologist. His former one retired almost two years ago, and then the COVID situation cut most in-person visits to specialists. He got on the SkyTrain for a 2:00 pm appointment.
Surprise, let's do a treadmill test! And the results are that everything's fine. No need to visit until next year. The quintuple bypass open-heart surgery was four and a half years ago already.
