Saturdays Are Much like Every Other Day

Jay decided to test the new griddle-type pan this afternoon. He made dosas, a sort of South Asian crêpe from a type of lentil flour. Now every corner of the place has a great, wonderful aroma. I love it when things that are cooking make the whole apartment smell great.
