We arrived at Vancouver International Airport 14-days ago. So, today was the first time we have been out of the apartment for errands and such. I enjoyed the drive in Kimchi, our EV, after such a long winter using public transit.
Shopping at the Canadian Superstore in Coquitlam was a little different. There's a maximum number of customers who can be in supermarkets now. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get in the door. I have to admit, I sort of enjoyed the emptier than usual aisles as it made shopping stress-free. The shelves were all stocked but we did have to wait to checkout. We followed the markings on the floor and stayed the mandatory distance from others. Canadians, on the whole, are socially polite and queue up well.
